I call myself a Tex-a-Can, being raised in the panhandle, on the Texas-New Mexico border. I always wanted to live in Fort Worth, it became my home in 1970 and I started my Real Estate Career with the North Texas Realtor’s Association from 1975 through 2003.

Leaving my 7 grandchildren behind, in 2004, I returned to New Mexico to care for my mother. She was in need of medical and financial assistance. I had been studying the reverse mortgage opportunity since 2001, when the reverse actually became available in Texas. It soon became the answer for my Mother. Like many seniors that live in their homes today, she needed repairs, safety precautions, plus she needed daily health care. This was resolved by utilizing a reverse mortgage.

After her passing, in 2005, I returned to Fort Worth, my home and family to begin a new career as a reverse mortgage specialist. My past was finding perfect homes for people. Now my passion is helping Seniors find financial independence thru education, opportunities and the benefits of a reverse mortgage.
